Initially the idea to start a blog was just something fun for us all to do; like picking a new hobby I guess! We follow the same blogs and bloggers on Instagram and share a similar taste in fashion and style so it seemed like an obvious choice.

BIJOUX BAZAAR BLOG
We grabbed 5 minutes with Rachel, Chelsea and Francesca of the (now not so) anon – o – blog 3’s a crowd, to get the LD on jewel chat, floristry courses, and the evolution of their blog..
- Give us the lowdown on 3’s a crowd..
The idea to start blogging evolved over a glass (or two!) of wine one Saturday afternoon. The 3 of us all work in fashion/retail and between us have a love for fashion, styling, photogprahy and design so it seemed like the perfect combination and would be something that we could all do and enjoy doing together.
- What inspired you to start blogging?

We wanted to do something similar, but with a slightly different take on things. The more ideas we had and the more we got into it, the three of us noticed that there was a niche for blogging with a light hearted, fun angle with a sprinkling of humour… and so 3’s A CRWD was born.
- Describe a typical day for you..
Between the three of us we have quite busy and hectic lives at times, so our days can vary. We all have full time jobs – one as an online stylist, one as a visual merchandiser and the other is a creative assistant and on top of that between the three of us we live in two different cities, so as you can imagine it can be challenging at times, but I don’t think a day goes by when we don’t talk… whether it’s blog related or not.
- What’s the last thing you Googled?
R- Mine was how to make chocolate fudge cake!
- What’s your fave Bijoux Bazaar piece?
R – The Laguna Bloom necklace, I loved the chance to shoot with it becasue it is absolutely stunning!
We would team up the Laguna Bloom necklace with a crisp white jersey tee, jeans and a simple duster coat – it’s such a beautiful and versatile piece to wear because you can dress it up or down.
- How do you store your jewellery?
We are all very organised with our jewellery storage and occasionally a bit OCD. Between the three of us we store our jewellery in a variety of ways – from hanging necklaces off cute wall hooks, using old watch & jewellery boxes, to pretty handmade boxes and little dishes. Muji also have a really good selection of clear plastic storage boxes that are perfect for storing your jewellery in and keeping it all safe and tidy too.
- Any tips for us?
Use your jewellery to create a decorative display or feature on your wall using pretty wall hooks and pin boards. If you have some fun pieces or eye catching items why keep them hidden… show them off!

We are forever exchanging ideas via our group message, doing research and finding inspiration for the next blog post as well as sourcing and buying new clothes on a regular basis. I think it’s fair to say that we all love an excuse to shop!
- What’s the last thing you Googled?
R- Mine was how to make chocolate fudge cake!
F – I googled floristry courses, I would love to have my own flower shop one day. I already know how I want it to look and the name I would pick… so maybe one day it will happen.
C – The last thing I googled was make-up tutorials because I’m so bad at doing make-up!
- What’s your fave Bijoux Bazaar piece?
R – The Laguna Bloom necklace, I loved the chance to shoot with it becasue it is absolutely stunning!
F – My favourite piece has to be the Sloane ring, I just adore it and I wear it all the time. It’s the ultimate statement ring and it goes with everything.
C – It has to be the Queens Park necklace, I love the colour and shape of it, it’s such a nice twist on an old classic.
- How would you wear it?
We would team up the Laguna Bloom necklace with a crisp white jersey tee, jeans and a simple duster coat – it’s such a beautiful and versatile piece to wear because you can dress it up or down.
The Sloane ring looks good with anything, but we enjoy wearing it with all black everything, although the ring did look amazing against the cobalt blue Phillip Lim trousers we shot recently.
The Queen’s park necklace we would wear with a nice chunky knit or a classic white shirt.

We love doing the blog and are happy with image that we have created and the direction that our styling and photography is going in. Everyday we are getting new followers, especially on our Instagram (@3sacrwd_official) so it would be amazing to get recognised, take the blog on full time and go onto bigger and better things… so watch this space!
